If you’ve experienced trauma, difficult life experiences, anxiety, or emotional wounds that seem to keep resurfacing no matter how hard you try to move forward, therapy can help you find lasting healing, not just temporary relief.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), evidence-based approaches that help clients process painful experiences, reduce emotional distress, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, low self-worth, overwhelming emotions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free environment where you can explore your experiences openly while building the tools and insight needed for meaningful change. I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I strive to provide both compassion and gentle accountability throughout the process.
Through an Internal Family Systems lens, we can explore the different parts of yourself that may be carrying pain, fear, shame, or protective roles. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy, we can work to reduce the emotional intensity of difficult memories and experiences without requiring you to repeatedly relive them. Together, we’ll identify what is keeping you stuck and help you move toward healing, self-compassion, and greater emotional freedom.
Life’s challenges may shape your story, but they do not define who you are. My hope is to help you reconnect with your strengths, develop deeper self-understanding, and create a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentic.
You may also occasionally see my therapy dog, Hannah, joining sessions and providing a calming presence during our work together.
