Primary Ketamine Integration Therapist • Children • Teens • Adults • ACT • IFS • Narrative Therapy

Every person has a story worth understanding. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life transition, processing trauma, struggling with relationships, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin creating meaningful changes.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing because no two people experience the world in the same way. Each of us is shaped by our unique biological, psychological, social, and spiritual experiences, and those pieces deserve to be understood with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Rather than seeing myself as the expert on your life, I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership where you remain the expert on your experiences while I help guide and support your healing journey.
I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults, adapting therapy to fit each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), along with developmentally appropriate interventions such as play therapy and sand tray therapy. Whether you process best through conversation, reflective exercises, creative expression, or experiential techniques, we’ll work together in a way that feels authentic and effective for you.

Primary Ketamine Integration Therapist

Lindsey serves as the Primary Ketamine Integration Therapist at Graceful Growth Clinic, supporting clients before, during, and after Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). She believes that while ketamine can create opportunities for profound insight and healing, lasting transformation happens through intentional preparation and thoughtful integration.

In addition to supporting clients receiving Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Graceful Growth Clinic, Lindsey also welcomes referrals from outside ketamine providers and medical clinics that do not offer dedicated psychotherapy integration services. She partners with clients to help them process their experiences, make meaning of new insights, and translate those experiences into sustainable, long-term change.
Whether you’re preparing for your first ketamine experience, seeking integration after treatment, or looking for ongoing therapy to support your healing journey, Lindsey provides compassionate, evidence-based care every step of the way. Before becoming a therapist, Lindsey worked in science and research; a background that continues to shape her thoughtful, curious, and pattern-oriented approach to understanding people. She enjoys helping clients recognize patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and reconnect with their own resilience.
Outside the therapy office, you’ll usually find Lindsey spending time with family and friends, exploring long dirt trails, cooling off in mountain rivers, enjoying good food, and having meaningful conversations. Those moments remind her that healing often happens through connection; to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. It would be an honor to support you as you build insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting healing.
