My approach is integrative and client-centered, grounded in humanistic principles and evidence-based trauma modalities. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, it is personal, relational, and always unfolding. I provide therapy for individuals across the lifespan, from young children to adults, tailoring my approach to honor each person’s unique story, strengths, and needs.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps children, adolescents, and adults process traumatic experiences and reduce emotional distress, as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care that recognizes and celebrates the distinct perspectives, experiences, and strengths of neurodivergent individuals.
As Graceful Growth Clinic’s Child & Family Specialist, I work with children ages 3 and older, adolescents, and their families to build a safe, supportive space where every child feels seen, understood, and valued.
Children don’t always have the words to describe what they’re feeling but they are always communicating. Through play, behavior, emotions, and relationships, children tell the story of what they need. My passion is helping families understand that story and discover pathways to healing, growth, and deeper connection. I utilize Play Therapy to help children express emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop healthy coping skills through the language they know best, play. Viewing each child through a Family Systems lens, I consider how relationships, environments, and life experiences shape emotional well-being, because lasting healing happens both inside and outside the therapy room.
I partner closely with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process, offering education, practical tools, and collaborative guidance that strengthen communication, deepen connection, and support the whole family. Every child deserves to feel safe, confident, and understood. It would be an honor to walk alongside your family on that journey.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving individuals across a range of clinical settings, including domestic violence services, outpatient mental health, and DDI Vantage. These experiences have deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and lifespan development, and have reinforced my commitment to individualized care that meets each child, individual, and family exactly where they are.
Whether you or your child are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, grief, school difficulties, family transitions, or the effects of stressful life experiences, my goal is to offer a welcoming space where clients can build confidence, develop resilience, and find healthy ways to move through life’s challenges.
