- Now welcoming new clients
Meet Kellie
A two minute hello, so you know who you are walking in to meet.
A little about me
Life’s transitions can leave us questioning who we are, where we belong, and how to move forward. Whether you’re a teenager trying to find your place in the world, someone exploring your identity, navigating a faith transition, or struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or overwhelming life changes, you don’t have to face those experiences alone.
As a Master of Social Work, I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients feel accepted exactly as they are. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain confidence in yourself, and create a life that reflects your authentic values and goals.
I especially enjoy working with teens, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating faith transitions. These experiences often bring complex emotions, questions about identity, family dynamics, relationships, and belonging. Together, we’ll explore those challenges with curiosity, compassion, and respect while helping you build resilience and confidence in your own voice.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and relating. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I believe in helping clients understand the deeper story behind their struggles so lasting healing can occur.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, stress, relationship concerns, or significant life transitions, I am committed to meeting you where you are. Therapy is not about becoming someone different, it’s about discovering the resilience, wisdom, and strengths that have been within you all along.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you build hope, embrace your authentic self, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Growth happens gently
