Neurodivergent Meditation

This meditation class is tailored for neurodivergent individuals who have always wanted to meditate but felt they could not do it.
The method we will use is a sensory-friendly, and non-judgmental way to calm your emotions. Join us and learn a new method to help promote inner peace and calm the mind.
