Graceful Sound Series 2 January 2026 6pm-7pm
Monthly Sound Bath at Graceful Growth Clinic
Join us for the Graceful Sound Series, a monthly sound bath designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Held on the first Friday of every month from 6:00–7:00 PM, this gentle, immersive experience uses therapeutic sound vibrations to support relaxation, emotional release, and mind-body balance. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are.
- What to Expect:
• Deep relaxation and stress relief
• A calming, supportive environment
• Time to rest, reflect, and restore
• A grounding way to close out the week
This is a space to pause, breathe, and allow sound to carry you into stillness.
- Location: Graceful Growth Clinic
- When: First Friday of every month
- Time: 6:00–7:00 PM
- Cost is $20 (plus processing) per participant
These events are very small intentionally to create safety. Space is limited to preserve the experience.
